This illustration was inspired by my 5-year-old son, Joshua. We were playing one day, and he asked me to chase him. He then insisted that I was the dreaded “Pirate Shark.” What a great idea! So after hunting him down across the Seven Seas, I sat down to sketch out this character.
Always be on the look out for new inspiration, because you never know where it will come from. I think my son’s imaginative play resulted in quite a nice illustration! “Ahoy, Matey!”
